ABOUT
Liz Mller is a German R&B/Pop music director, live arranger, keys player, and vocalist. Passionate about elevating the live experience, her arrangements shape music into its most powerful or intimate form, using nuance and texture to atmospherically capture an artist’s essence, rounded out with statement intros and outros.
Beyond playing keys and singing BGVs for Soul/R&B artists such as Aniyé Music at the NAMM Show 2025, Liz is trailblazing an educational path for music directors at Berklee as the founder and president of the Berklee Music Directors Association (BMDA). As part of BMDA, Liz has curated over 20 masterclasses with renowned music directors, including the top MDs of our time such as Adam Blackstone, Kim Burse, and Khirye Tyler. She also serves as the executive producer for BMDA’s Super Bowl Sessions, a project born through the vision of creating an industry-resembling hands-on experience at the college, coordinating four high quality audio-visual results with over 25 students and professionals involved.
In April 2025, Liz musical directed for Berklee’s Career Jam Award Show 2025 where she received the Music Direction Award, performing her arrangements for renowned Pop artist Charlie Puth. Additionally, she is currently interning with the renowned music director Stevo Evans. This way, Liz is assisting large scale productions such as the NAACP Awards 2025, televised musical performances on “The Tonight Show” and “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, and is developing her music direction skills on creative and administrative levels in the process of Coco Jones’ “Why Not More?” Tour, going on the road in May 2025.
